Up to now, you still rely on your old Nissan 620 pickup truck for your activities. This is just proof of how strong and durable Nissan 620 parts were made to be. Since you use your truck on a daily basis, you must always remember to put it under regular maintenance so that you can continue to use it for a longer period of time.

The Nissan 620, also known as the Datsun 620 was initially released in February 1972. The model, however, only lasted for 8 years until production ended in 1979. The 620 is basically a regular cab pickup truck that was offered in two wheelbases and though it was patterned after a delivery van-type vehicle that was exclusively available in Japan, it is still comprised of original Nissan 620 parts that are unique to the model.

Despite its short run, the 620 came out in a lot of versions in the market. One example is the U 620-a crew cab utility version that had a shorter bed to allow seating for four people. This particular model used the Nissan L engine.

Besides the reliable Nissan 620 parts under the hood, the pickup truck was also popular for its equally dependable engine that varies according to model-the 1973 used the L16 with 96 horsepower, the 1974 used the L18 with 100 horsepower, and last but not least, all models from 1975 onwards used the L20B with 110 horsepower. Despite its relatively small size, the Nissan 620 was known for its durability and this gave it a good following around the globe.
