You can track your shipment online by using your Order-Reference Number (usually 5 to 7 digits) given to you when you placed your order over the phone or after completing your order online.
 
Please Note: Tracking information is usually available 24 hours after the order has been shipped. Only packages that are shipped from our Chicago, Illinois or Independence, Ohio warehouses can be tracked. Some packages are shipped from other warehouses, tracking information may not be available.
