Great Lights to have on the back Posted 2007-05-07 20:54:15 by twrw35
After installing these lights on my F-250 Super Duty I can now see when I back up during the night. These lights are wonderful and great to have and I recommend that if you own any pickup that you install these lights.

Well worth the money...... Posted 2007-10-03 21:54:06 by 1derful6
A must have if you tow any thing or not. Simple wiring connections and extremely bright light when backing up just your vehicle or whatever you're towing. Great light source while tinkering around the back of your vehicle. Makes night-time hook-ups a breeze.

White Night hitch mount back-up lights Posted 2008-04-16 16:40:53 by GREENAV
I own a Chevy Avalanche which has a very bad blind spot when backing. The stock reverse lights just did not cut it. Now, a large area behind the vehicle is well lit. I can back-up with confidence even during the darkest nights.

Can't find a hitch long enough to fit while lights are mounted. Can't hook the trailer chains to the hitch while mounted. '08 Dodge Ram 1500 Mega Cab

White NIght Backup Lights Posted 2008-10-31 11:33:29 by fonemann2
The lights work well. They are very bright and I only wish that my headlights were that bright. I have tinted windows and prior to the backup lights reversing was not very easy, now with the lights I have no concern at all. Installation was a bit tricky but not very hard. I had to cut away at the foam that came with my truck to make some space on the hitch. Once that was done the wiring and mounting was easy. The one concern I was told I may have is the cost to replace those bright bulbs when they blow.

Throws off a great deal of light, however hard wired and some times the lights work, some times they don't. Have re-installed several time to eliminate a poor connection or ground and the lights work great for a day, then they don't work, but the next day they do. I'll eventually figure it out, but until then?

Great for tinting Posted 2009-04-26 13:29:19 by haulinIce
I found installation pretty easy, and the fact that I can see behind me better than in front is great, especially with after market tinting in the rear windows. The only con I found was that I had to find new hitch mounts with a longer shank

Great Lights Posted 2010-04-20 17:33:24 by cletemac
I love these lights. I own a 2006 ford F-250 with tinted windows and before I had these lights i could not see behind me at night. With these lights its like having headlights behind you when you back up. I have the lights connected to a switch inside the cab, I only wish the wires that come with the lights were long enough to be run all the way up to the engine compartment. It wasn't a big deal for me as I already had a wire running to the back of the truck from a previous lighting model. I love the lights and use them all the time, not only for backing up.
