Installation: Heat sheild not strong enough. My clutch hose melted. On 2003 S-10 hose is made of plastic, this hose that I am addressing holds the hydraulic fluid.

Too many Modifications for average installer. Modification to the pipe by removing over 8" of pipe after the collector. Had to bend recirculation extension because Pacesetter moved it back 1 inch causing vibration on firewall. Had to weld the extra OBD-II sensor. Come on PaceSetter, thought this was for my year truck. Now it looks tacky even with nice clip and weld. * I have submitted this to PaceSetter, still awaiting a response

Excellent product for my 05 GMC Sierra! Got great performance gains and the sound is excellent! I do recommend getting the Pacesetter Off Road Y pipe with some Magnaflow High Flow Cats. I also recommned getting the armor coated because the black paint burns off immedialty and they look a little crappy after that, well worth the extra $100 bucks! Other than that, very satisfied with performance and sound!

I put this on my 2.2L S-10 along with a gibson cat back. this sounds almost like the 4.3L untill u get in the 4-5k rpm range then it has a higher pitch sound. this really helped the 2.2 alot also better mpg. install took about 3 hours without ac on my truck. so a lil longer if you have ac. Great overall
