Quick and easy install, all you need is a screw driver. Once it's on it looks great, and the cargo lights are super bright way better than stock!

This brake light looks sweet. Had to figure out the wiring though. When I first plugged it in it was all wrong. The brake light and the cargo light were reversed. I have a 95 chevy 1/2 ton for anyone else that runs into this problem. I had to cut the black wire then swap it with the white wire on the factory harness to work correctly. But that fixed it and it works fine.

This LED light is unreal! Now for an F-150 2007 they have these plastic screws holding the factory 3rd brake light bracket in place. The only way to get it out is to break the 2 plastic screws off, which doesn't hurt anything. Couldn't be more satisfied with this light! Great product

I've had my RECON light for a couple months, and the white dome lights are going out. The cargo lights blinking fast(LEDS) and are going out. I am not happy about the product. I will eventually have to buy a different brand.

everything went well,until the first rain. whole headliner got soaked,was installed properly to.(brand new truck to top it off)Great product if you live where it doesn't rain!!!!

im sending this light back for the second time. the new one they send will be my third. its seems if it rains the moisture finds its way behing the cheap gasket they put on the light and the electronics get wet and the light malfunctions. same issue twicw now. the 3 red LEDs in the center stay on like parking lights while the truck is running and stay on forever after the key is out. only fix is to unplug wiring inside till a replacement comes. looks and install real nice but quality is poor

Overall apperance and function is good. The matching factory electrical connector made installation easy. One drawback concerns the provided weather gasket which left gaps around the top between the cab and the light. I had to add material to fill the gap to complete the desired water tight fit. Lastly, the brake light function is bright, but the white/blue spots could be a little brighter.

After getting black Elegante taillights, my old third brake light just didn't jive. This smoked third brake light goes really well with the color of my truck and taillights.

I purchased this light for my '02 Sierra to complete the clear lens look. Installation was a breeze, however, I noticed a gap between the sheet metal and the product not present with the OEM lamp. Suspecting a manufacturing defect, I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me a replacement.

Looks great, easy to install. no load equalizers. Only down side I could find is the amount of light put out by the cargo light feature. It is very low and at first I did not think it was on at all.

This brake light was extremely easy to install and looks sweet!!! This is truly a "plug and Play" install and are allot brighter than the OEM setup. The truck bed lights are allot brighter than the the stock ones due to the super bright LED's. I have the smoked ones and they look clean on the white body style.

installs in less than 5 min.looks good nice body lines,I am ase master tech the corners do not seal against the body of my 2004 ram 1500 perfectly,a quick fix for this is to install some 3m ept body tape and it will fix the body seal and help keep water out. It was worth the money and looks really sharp when you also have led tail lights.

This is the 2nd light I bought in 5 years. The first one was when the company that makes this item was new. I was having problems with this item the first time I bought it & was able to talk to one of the engineers untill they didn't take my phone calls any longer. Anyway, it looks like they used one of my suggestions to improve the product after buying this new one. Hopefully it will last longer. I still had to wire in a regular light bulb so the cargo LED's would be full bright.

After installing the light I was pleased with it's appearence a nd functions. However, after it hd gotten rained on a few times I noticed the lense was starting to become discolored and the interior of my truck smells of mildew. Thanks RECON!!!!
