This was really easy to install - just double sided tape to stick it on the existing light. The one that i got sticks too far out from the existing light, so there is a 1/2" gap between the cover and the light - this airspace annoys me, plus it made it hard to tell if it was sticking to the light or not when installing. I thought it would fit flush against the light. I have had it for a year and now it is starting to come undone from the light. I wanted this one to avoid the look of holes in the screw on covers - i'm buying one that screws onto the existing light to replace this one b/c it just doesn't stand up. I would not recommend this product - get the cover that screws onto the light.

this product was really easy and it looks great, but i would like it better if it used the factory screw holes to mount instead of the 3m tape. however the 3m tape sticks really well.
