Went on fairly easy, just pull the bed off and take your time. I ran into a couple of problems that are not noted in the description or the instructions. The hard brake line and bracket that hold it steady must be relocated, I made a new line and remounted it to be sure I would not get any cracks in the line or have any problems with vibration damaging the line. The brake lines that run next to the axle near the flip kit will rub on one of the bolts and must be bent carefully out of the way. The thing that really made me mad was that after putting it all back together and putting the bed on, I realized that if you put weight in the bed one of the bottom bed rails hits the rear end and the t-fitting for the brake lines. So now I have to pull the bed off, cut out a notch off that rail then re-enforce it with some steel. It would have been nice to know this stuff before I started or before I put the bed back on.

This "supposed" complete kit does not even come with C-notches. Even though all the pictures in your magazine show the kit with them. It also did not come with any u-bolts.
Came with shock extenders, even though we are lowering the truck. Basically it has stuff you don't need, and is missing things you do need!

Not all flips kits need c-notches. The shock extenders are correct for this kit. They allow you to use the factory length shocks with the flip kit.

Actually lowered almost 7 total inches. Be prepared to buy shocks and cut some out of the under bed brace for better clearance.

This was my first time with DJM, best engineered parts i've ever installed, and I've used them all. Chose not to use rear hangers and got a full 7" drop in rear. I will use DJM exclusively from now on!

the kit just included the to flip brackets and it only took a bout 4 hours to install which is very good time and looks would recomend to any onw who wants to lower their truck

I ordered this seperately from the actual kit that they sell. Installation went very well, but I am a mechanic so that kind of speaks for itself, but overall it its an easy install. Works great, just ordered the front I-beams for my ranger, so I will post a review on that ASAP.. As always great support and great product, Thanks!!

the kit worked just fine , it fit well & lowered the truck just the right amount . some new u bolts would have been nice but mine worked out ok . no need for a c-notch on my truck the new bump stops did the trick .

the djm flip kit works great for the rear but know the back is setting lower than the someone needs to make drop spindles for older raner so it will be easy to get the front down. overall this product works great for the price p.s. if someone has a good idea let me know

Directions are easy to understand and easy to follow. You do not have to remove box to install. Jack up truck remove tires plenty of room to work, every thing lined up nice. Only problem was went to move brake line and it snapped it was half rotten anyways and needed to be replaced. One thing I wish the kit had was a backing plate to match the knotch for added support. Completed in 3 hours
