OK. But Not For ME

When I installed them in my truck I thought they would be brighter than what they were. My stock bulbs where brighter than these in my turn signal. And I did use a load blancer. I took the blancer off. And the bulb was brighter. But the flash was too fast. This bulb is not for me.

Great bulbs, but with a few minor bugs (expected)

These lamps seem to be of very good quality, though a couple unexpeced snaffu's did arise when I put them in. I found the hard way that if your running lights blink when you use the turn signal or hazard lights, a bulb is in backwards (and that bulb will stay on full bright when your running lights are on). It don't happen everywhere, but it does happen sometimes. If the lamp is dimmer without the load balancer than with, you may want to go to your electronics store and get a higher ohm's resistor. You may be pulling too much current with your balancer (some are oversized). Experiment to find the value you need. 9-12 ohms is a good starting point.

A regular 3157 Bulb works better

I would not recommend this bulb. I installed this bulb on the front of my S10 Blazer. This is my second (exchanged the first one) bulb. It only faintly illuminates compared to the straight-forward LED light that Jamstrait also makes (super-bright 3157A). Why is it I can get better brightness from the 3157A? The only drawback from those is that they do not make good use of the reflector, and cannot be seen from the road. I currently have Jamstrait LED 194s in my corner lights and they work fine. For now I have to stick with using an regular amber bulb until somebody comes out with something better.

RADIAL LED BULB-3157 HyperWhite

This iten gives you a very good blue-white back up light. The bulbs were a little pricy but look and work excellent with the LED tail lights offered. I would definately recommend them to finish off an LED tail light package. The light emitted appears to be a much brighter light than with filament bulbs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
