K&N's AirCharger 63-Series Air Intake Systems feature the newest applications and the highest horspower gains. Low restriction air filters provide quicker throttle response and more power throughout the RPM range. Additionally, it is important to note, if the stock air filter box has emission control devices and/or hoses attached, these parts MAY NOT be re-installed on a new AirCharger assembly.
K&N's AirCharger system is the brother of the K&N 57-Series FIPK Intake System. Because of its pending C.A.R.B. status, the AirCharger system gets to market faster, and can provide more power for more applications, but the AirCharger may not be legal for use in all states. Check local laws.
Each AirCharger air intake system features a high-flow K&N Air Filter element which provides increased surface area and increased airflow. Also included with each air intake system is a custom heat shield that keeps hot engine compartment air out of your intake system and a high-flowing polymer intake tube that both flows gobs of air and dissapates heat for a high-flowing, dense air charge.

| Take a look at the video on this page for the install, thats my truck!!! (I'm not in the video though...) but after the install, I took it out on the streets and there is definatly a difference. The gas mileage was about 2 mpg I saw cruising on the turnpike at 65-70mph, if that, but I blame that on me as the driver and how I drive (Gotta have fun!!!), and when I punch it at about 30-35 mph and 65-70mph it will really take off and move. It gives it a real nice sound too, sorta like a roaring. its real nice and I cant wait untill my exhaust and mass air flow sensor gets put on. It will be so much better!!! |

| The horse power is very noticible. Titans used to beat me off the line and I couldn't catch them until 60 mph, but now I take them off the line and leave them all the way up. Keep in mind, this is the only upgrade I have. Other than the Kand N, my truck is stock. Racing F-150's is a joke. The so called 345 HP Hemi on the ram is now beatable, but as far as the Tundra, when you have 381 HP, you should beat the 5.3 vortec with the K & N by way more than a truck length. I guess Japanese Horses are smaller than American Horses. The gas mileage was noticable for the first two weeks(2 mpg), but it seems as if the truck is programmed to get the stock MPG. The only complaint I have is that it comes in so many pieces. I would easily pay $50.00 more for it to be pre-assembled. |

| Installed on my 2008 GMC Sierra Crew Cab 5.3L along with the Poweraid Throttle Body Spacer, sounds real good at the throttle (like a roar), Spacer does work with the K&N, don't know why they say it won't! Spacer sounds good too(nice whistle) Haven't really noticed much difference on gas! |

| Awsome Intake!!! Install is simple, great power and sound! Improve highway mpg (cruise set on 80mph) from 16.5 to 20.5-21!!! City improved about 2-3mpg, I would highly recomend this to anybody looking for more more power and much better mpg! |

| i have a a chevy 07 classic 1500 and i noticed a horspower gain but the mpg going down 1 or 2 mpg in city and my highway mpg staying the same, i wish that i could have a hp and keep my mpg at the same time, but still a great product. |
