| Bought Bully Dog Gas Downloader after much research and advice from others. I also was considering the superchips product but was told by a few people that the bully dog was better so I purchased it. I no nothing about working on vehicles and had no problem installing the downloader. Since I have installed it I have been getting atleast 2 miles per gallon better gas mileage and an increase in throtle response. Also, I now know how fast I'm going because I changed the wheel size and my truck doesn't shut down at top speed anymore(got it going over 105 on the freeway!!). Very happy with this product and would recommend it to others. |

| I bought this to keep up on the Autobahn in Germany and it works wonders. I do wish it would let me go faster than 125, but I think I can mannage. I did see an increase in MPG, but not drasticly. You have to set it up just right for your ride. All around, not a bad product. |

i recently purchased an E3 gas downloader and was greatly disappointed. After spending an hour or so trying to figure out the update software that comes with it, i finally got it out to my truck and began installation. Installation wasnt bad, and i did notice a difference in my accellaration. I also raised my top speed to 110 instead of the factory set 98. My gas mileage dropped from about 16 mpg to about 13 or 14 mpg. I mainly bought the thing to improve my gas mileage and it did the complete opposite. Any ideas? I would recommend this product if you're looking for a little extra accelaration, however i would not recommend it for an increase in mpg. I will continue to shop with StylinTrucks, they have the best service i have found, and are always quick and accurate on all my orders. If anyone has any ideas to help me out with my mileage problem, please let me know.
I also have a K & N cold air intake (fipk), and flowmaster exhaust. |

| Give it some time. What we have found is people link the added power so they drive a little harder then they did before the tuner was installed. This leads to less MPG. Make sure to try to use the same driving habbits and see what happens. |
