Description:

Corsa RSC Sport Exhaust Systems provide great performance and sound on acceleration, but are quieter when cruising. These revolutionary systems feature the patented Corsa Power-Pulse RSC straight-through noise-canceling technology that eliminates uncomfortable, low-frequency interior resonance, while adding power.
For a less-aggressive, milder tone, see Corsa's RSC Touring Exhaust System.
Corsa direct bolt-on cat-back exhausts are made with 4" polished Pro-Series tips that are welded in place for perfect alignment. The components are emissions legal in all 50 states and will not void a manufacturer's warranty. All systems are made from 100% 304L stainless steel construction with mandrel-bends. Fully illustrated instructions are included.

Corsa sport exhaust on 06 gmc sierra

This exhaust system has an awesome sound when idling and when you accelerate. The sound is very mild when cruising at highway speeds. At first I was expecting a louder sound, but it still sounds great. Probably be a lot louder if you cut off the catalytics. Now they sell the mufflers individually if you wanted to put on a true dual exhaust and get more airflow. The downside to installing this system is they tell you to cut the factory exhaust in half to remove it. I took it out in one piece by jacking up the front right wheel of the truck and maneuvering it over the rear axle and pulling it out from the right side.

Installed 4" dual rear exit sysetm a few months ago and its absolutely incredible! It has a real deep agressive tone to it not only during acceleration, but at idle too, but there is no drone accelerating while at speed and its very quiet while crusing! I've also noticed a definite increase in power, and with a volant air intake have gotten almost 3mpg more (13mpg to almost 16mpg) with no change in driving habits! I've recieved numerous compliments on the sound, and look as well. The only pieces of advice I have is when installing it there is no need to cut the factory exhaust in two to remove... I put my truck on ramps and was able to shimmy it out in one piece, also make sure to use a good penatrating lube / rust remover on the bolts that the exhaust attaches to a few times and a few days before you try to take the factory system off, or you'll break the factory bolts (which need to be re-used) off the flange requiring you to drill the factory bolts out and put new ones in! All in all a very good exhaust system and I'd recommend it to anyone!
