I gave the appearance a 4 because all of the pictures online showed that the Banks logo is in White, when it is not. Not that big a deal to me, but be prepared to get out some paint if you want the white Banks lettering.
The package arrived very promptly. It was in good condition. All the parts were in the box, and the directions were very clean and easy to understand. It was very easy to install. All in all I think I spent 20 minutes. I have only just put it on my vehicle and already I can see a small increase in fuel economy. |

| If your looking to gain better fuel economy by installing a banks ram air system for your new chevy duramax LMM dont purchase this item, and when i called banks to complain about the supposidely better fuel mileage they said "um i dont think we advertised better fuel economy with this product." When in all actuality it says it on there on web site increased fuel economy! So if this product increases fuel mileage i have yet to see it do so. |

| This was an easy install, there is one item that Banks left out. there is a plastic spacer on the front clip that had to be removed for clearance. The truck response better. |

| Install was a snap. easy to install. Felted the difference right away. You can here the engine getting more air. Doing the 4in monster exhaust next. |
