Description:
The White Night is designed to improve lighting in the rear of your vehicle. It is like having headlights when you back up. Using two 55-watt halogen lamps, the "White Night" puts out 130,000 candlepower with an 80' low-wide pattern of light. These lights can be set to come on when vehicle is put in reverse or switched on for use as an extra source of light for hooking up a trailer. Constructed from 2 pieces of black ABS plastic housing that snaps together for easy bulb replacement.
Fixed mount installation. Attaches to your receiver and allows full use of the hitch receiver even with the White Nights installed. Requires minor wiring.

White NIght Backup Lights
|
Posted 10/31/2008 by fonemann2
The lights work well. They are very bright and I only wish that my headlights were that bright. I have tinted windows and prior to the backup lights reversing was not very easy, now with the lights I have no concern at all. Installation was a bit tricky but not very hard. I had to cut away at the foam that came with my truck to make some space on the hitch. Once that was done the wiring and mounting was easy. The one concern I was told I may have is the cost to replace those bright bulbs when they blow.

Great for tinting

I found installation pretty easy, and the fact that I can see behind me better than in front is great, especially with after market tinting in the rear windows. The only con I found was that I had to find new hitch mounts with a longer shank
