Stylin' Trucks 2008 Monthly Giveaway Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
2. ELIGIBILITY: The Stylin' Trucks 2008 Monthly Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older a the time of entry and who possess a valid driver's license. Employees of the Sponsors (as defined below) and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, dealers and agents, and the foregoing employees' household or immediate family members (defined as parent, spouse, child, sibling or grandparent) are NOT eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.
3. TIMING: Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on the first day of the month and ends at 8:00 p.m. ET on the last day of the month (The "Giveaway Period"). Mailed entries must be received as designated by the last day of the month.
4. HOW TO ENTER: Limit one entry per person/e-mail address. To enter, during the Giveaway Period correctly complete an official entry form (available as detailed below) and transmit, deposit, or mail as directed (please note that all required information/fields on entry form must be fully, accurately and legibly completed or entry may be voided). Official entry forms are available at www.stylintrucks.com/giveaway, in participating retail stores (while supplies last) and in selected catalogs. Sponsors reserve the right to include a Giveaway official entry form at any additional authorized website or other authorized location. Sponsors may also ask optional questions on entry form; completion of these questions is not required to enter the Sweepstakes.
5. PRIZE: One (1) prize will be awarded monthly (see entry form for description and value of current monthly prize). The prize is nontransferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by Sponsors in the event that a prize or part thereof cannot be awarded for any reason; in such event, Sponsors will in their sole discretion award a substitute prize or part thereof of equal or greater value. Subject to the conditions herein, the prize will be awarded. Winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes (including where applicable sales tax) due for his/her awarded Giveaway prize, as well as all applicable fees and expenses related to the acceptance, award, and use of his/her Giveaway prize.
6. RANDOM DRAWING: On or about the end of the month a winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received. The above-mentioned drawing will be conducted by Stylin' Trucks, Inc., whose decisions on all matters related to the Giveaway shall be final and binding. A participant selected as a potential winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these official rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. NOTIFICATION: Potential winner will be notified (the "Notification") by mail (or other method at the discretion of Sponsors) within about three days after the above-mentioned random drawing, and will be provided with a telephone number that the potential winner must call within 24 hours of receipt of the Notification to confirm eligibility. In addition, potential winner must within five (5) days of the postmark of the Notification correctly complete, execute and return (via overnight delivery) as directed a notarized Affidavit, Waiver, Release and Indemnity Agreement including where lawful, a Publicity Release (plus any additional documents required at the discretion of Sponsors). Failure to comply with the requirements of this paragraph (or the return of a prize or prize notification as non-deliverable) may result in disqualification and in the forfeiture of any right to the prize, in which case such prize will be awarded to an alternate by random drawing.
8. E-MAIL ADDRESS: In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person whose name is on the submitted entry form (and proof thereof may be required of a winner).
9. RELEASE: By participating in the Giveaway and/or accepting a prize, a participant/winner agrees to defend, release and hold harmless the Sponsors and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, and the foregoing companies' officers, directors, shareholders, employees, representatives and agents (collectively the "Releasees") from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss or damage of any kind (including any for the violation or infringement of any proprietary or personal right of any individual or entity) resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Giveaway , and/or the use, acceptance, or possession of a Giveaway prize, and/or participation in a Giveaway prize-related activity. By participating in the Giveaway and/or accepting a prize, a participant/winner consents to and gives the Sponsors the right to use a participant's/winner's name, address and entry form information, to photograph/video a winner and a winner's property, and in perpetuity to use a winner's statements, quotes, picture, portrait, likeness, voice, video, biographical information, prize information, and winner-submitted photograph(s)/text (in whole or in part, as may be adapted, edited or modified, as solely determined by Sponsors) for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, and on the World Wide Web, without review, notification or approval, all without additional consideration, unless prohibited by law. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.
10. CONDITIONS: Participants agree that by participating they release the Releasees from any liability in connection with: a) Entries that are ineligible as a result of being lost, late, illegible, damaged, incomplete, stolen, postage due, or misdirected; b) Any typographical or other human or technical errors in the offer or administration of the Giveaway, including but not limited to errors in advertising, these official rules, the selection and announcement of a winner(s), or the distribution/awarding of a prize(s); c) Any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, misdirection, damage, line failure, injury, technical malfunctions or traffic congestion on the Internet/telephone network, or at any website, or any combination thereof. Sponsors reserve the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Giveaway. In the event that the Sweepstakes is infected by a computer virus/worm, or is not capable of running or being executed as planned (as a result of but not limited to an error, omission, defect, delay, misdirection, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, action of entrants, or technical failure) or any other cause which in the sole opinion of Sponsors corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Giveaway, Sponsors reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any suspect entry or entrant and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway. In the event of such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension, notice thereof will be posted at the entry website mentioned above, and the winner(s) will determined solely by Sponsors in a random drawing from among all eligible non-suspect and/or non-disqualified entries. In such event, Releasees shall have no liability to any participant who is disqualified due to such an action. Failure to enforce any term of these official rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
11. LAWS: Subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted.
