I ordered the polished stainless because I thought it would be a good accent on a black truck. The edge guard ends about 5 inches below the top of the door edge and about the same distance above the bottom edge, giving an incomplete appearance. This is the reason they were returned. |

I installed the "smoked" lens on a 2000 Chevy Silverado. Installation took about 5 minutes (and I'm slow !). Very simple. The lens wasn't as dark as I expected, but looks great on the black truck. Much better than the stock light !! Red LED's not quite as bright as stock bulbs but still very visible. The white cargo lamp LED's are pretty useless, but I never use them anyway. Definitely recommended. |

| Perfect fit? Not hardly! Arrived so wadded up in the box I couldn't get it to ever lay flat. Very thin, cheap feeling plastic. I expected a lot more for $45.00. |

I purchased the polished stainless because I thought they'd make a nice accent on my black Silverado. The photos indicate the guards cover most of the door edge.On the pair I received, there is a significant gap of about 5 inches at the top and bottom of the door were the guard ends, giving a cheap, unfinished appearance. |

| How are they adjusted ? |

| One thing not mentioned about these lights is that they cannot be adjusted with a torx bit like the factory lights. There is a tiny, hex-head rod to adjust the aim and the rods are difficult to access. I haven't been able to find a socket small enough to fit. I don't plan to install the lights until I can resolve this. Satisfaction guaranteed? |
