| Purchased this about 9 months ago and it worked for about 4 months. The problem was condensation. Lord knows how it got in an allegedly sealed unit. Installation was not difficult but overall reliability is poor. Save your money. |

| Now the tailgate on my 2004 Ram 1500 can be opened safely by anyone, thanks to the "EZ Down Tailgate Assist". Installation was a snap. Can be done by one person and it only took about 15-20 minutes. Well worth the price. |

| A must have if you tow any thing or not. Simple wiring connections and extremely bright light when backing up just your vehicle or whatever you're towing. Great light source while tinkering around the back of your vehicle. Makes night-time hook-ups a breeze. |
