Danielle: Hello, welcome back. I am here with Jay. Jay actually came down from Pittsburgh with Sherri. And, Jay, you guys are with Down 2 Earth Customs?

Jay: Yes.

Danielle: Tell me a little bit about Down 2 Earth Customs.

Jay: Down 2 Earth Customs... just like any other club. Bunch of guys, girls. Like to have fun. We like to build whatever. Something different, something new. Try to keep above the west coast to say cause they always seem to be ahead of everyone but, we just like to have fun, get our trucks and cars out. Show everybody what normal people can do without millions of dollars in shops. We build em' all ourselves.

Danielle: And this is your truck. Tell me a little bit about your truck.

Jay: This is a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500, half ton. It started out with single wheels in the back. Uh, shaved everything. Body lines, handles, antenna... everything that's on there.

Danielle: Now what is this big hood thing going on? What's up with that?

Jay: Because it's body dropped twice for a total of six inches. So my motor was sticking through like three inches. Every aftermarket cowl induction hood was only two and a half inches. So I built that hood out of a...

Danielle: Custom made.

Jay: Custom hood out of a second Dodge Ram hood. It's all steel. It has the factory body lines in it. And it's about four and three quarters at the back so it clears my motor.

Danielle: Nice. Now your truck lifts up. You have airbags, or hydraulics?

Jay: Airbags right now.

Danielle: Airbags right now. Can you lift em up for me and show me what he's got?

Jay: Sure.

Danielle: OK. Thanks! Jay's going to lift it up for us. Right now it is literally touching the ground. And there he goes! Oooh! And all the way down to the ground.

Danielle: Well, Jay, anything else you wanted to tell everybody out there watching about your truck or down to earth customs?

Jay: Keep and eye out for it cause I'm just getting it done so its going to be out everywhere I can.

Danielle: Alright. Well thank you. Hopefully the rain stops for us. And have a great day. Thanks Jay.

Jay: I'll try. Thank you.
