Jim Sacco is driven by anything that goes fast…no pun intended! First of all, he works at Stylin’ Trucks, selling accessories and performance parts for virtually all makes and models of trucks and SUVs. He’s also majoring in Automotive Technology at Cuyahoga Community College, with the goal of becoming a mechanic. Currently, he customizes cars, trucks and even bikes. Even the smaller versions appeal to him, as he also collects model cars and hot wheels.

Oh and did we forget to mention that Jim’s 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 is the Corsa Performance exhaust system poster truck? Jim’s celebrity vehicle promotes the Corsa prototype in the company’s ads and at various truck shows. Wow, his truck needs a Hollywood power agent!

Exterior Mods: Jim’s ride gets noticed!

It’s really no wonder Jim’s truck has risen to celebrity status. This Ram is a pretty sweet piece of machinery that garners “oohs” and “ahhs,” even from hardcore truck enthusiasts.

His Precision Phat billet grille, for example, gives an aggressive look to his front end. In the rear, he demonstrates one of his other passions with a “Remove for Jet Skis” hitch cover. (The jet ski goes fast too!) “That’s why I love trucks,” Jim explained. “My Ram helps me enjoy many of my other hobbies, like jet skiing and biking!”

The rear of his truck has also been perfected with premier bed customizations. A Sportmaster soft tonneau cover helps reduce drag and gives his truck a clean look. He also has a carpeted bed rug to protect the bed, his cargo and his knees! Moving from the functional to the aesthetic, a Clear third brake light creates a fresh look. Ensuring everyone can see his beautiful bed enhancements, he also installed LED bed lights!

And his blue LED underbody lights gets his WHOLE truck get noticed on the road. Finally, the stock 20” wheels with 255/60r20 tires provide him with an even more rugged appearance.

Of course his interior has to be as nice as the exterior, for those lucky enough to ride in this rich-looking truck. Jim has Alcantara blue suede accents, blue LED accent lights, blue LED lights in the cup holder, (Let me guess, Jim’s favorite color is blue?) polished billet a/c knobs, a white face a/c panel, TFP chrome interior door handles and custom HEMI embroidered floor mats.

Jim also creates a rich sound with a Rockford Fosgate subwoofer and amp in his center console, along with MB quart speakers, and a high-speed iPod interface. Finishing off his state-of-the-art vehicle entertainment center, he also installed an Alpine double din head unit and T.V. tuner!

Boy, the man has style. I guess working at Stylin’ Trucks has rubbed of on him!

Suspension Mods: Ridin’ smooth & low.

Jim marries his truck’s high-class appearance with enhanced performance, utilizing Belltech 2” front coil springs, 3” rear leaf springs with 1” shackle and four Nitro Drop 2 shocks. “With Belltech, I achieve sports car-like ride and quality. It’s no longer jarring if I hit a bump. I know my truck can take all of the hazards the road has to dish out. And the lowered suspension creates the look I want.”

Performance Mods: Intimidating power & sound

He has made additional mods that take his truck’s performance to an EVEN higher level. The Volant air intake system and of course the Corsa Performance exhaust system give him more horsepower and torque, along with an intimidating “growl” sound. Yes, Jim looks like a bad ass in his truck!

He would also like to thank all of the people who helped make his truck what it is now, including his parents, his brothers John and David, Jim at Esoteric and of course his lovely girlfriend Dawn.

And he assures us there’s more to come. “I don’t think I’ll ever be done,” he concluded. “Work or play, I never get tired of powerful machines!”
